The Messiah comes to a Food Court

Rikki Ratliff of the National Post interviews the perpetrators of this offensive public display of Christian religiosity:

… I spoke with Jennifer Blakeley, the orchestrator behind the flash mob video. She admitted both the song and the setting were strategic. Shrugging off political correctness, Blakeley brought an overtly religious song to a public place and without an ounce of guilt, and announced, “Merry Christmas,” to the world.

“I think it’s really getting people in the mood and sending a message about Christianity which is very deep in some people,” she said. “People are seeing it and really being touched in ways that we never expected, in ways that are just blowing us away.”
